Cooking lessons under the Tuscan sun with Michelin-starred chef Silvia Baracchi
From single lessons to more intensive programs, our courses propose typical recipes of the Cortona territory and Tuscan tradition, reworked in a way that they can be easily executed at home, according to your tastes.
The school
The cooking school is located in the ancient farm and is a bright and spacious environment where both the most experienced cook and the simple cooking enthusiast can feel at ease.
It is a dynamic space, created to share the history, culture, and knowledge of Italian food and wine through experiential training in a fun and convivial environment.
The courses
Each cooking course is characterized by incredible ingredients from local and sustainable resources. Silvia loves to tell about the territory and its culinary traditions, letting the ingredients guide the journey. The culmination of each course is an authentic Italian meal shared at the table with new friends.
The experience is not limited to food but will be paired with the great wines of Cantina Baracchi. Benedetto Baracchi will be pleased to introduce you to his farm to discover the new wines released or wines aged with patience and a lot of passion.
